Job Description: -Overall management on the customer service support project to ensure on time, within budget, quality delivery; -Driving continuous improvement in delivery to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction; -Staff and shift management; -Process design, review, audit and improvement -Timely and accurate reporting; -Dealing with escalations on any aspect of delivered services
Qualification: -Bachelor degree or above, major in English or related -Fluency in English, listening and speaking, good writing ability; -2~3 years working experience in managing a project or teaching; -Oversea studying or working experience is preferred; -Excellent interpersonal skills; -Responsible, Decision-making and strong problem resolution ability.
