Job Description: -Timely and effective response to the Customer for each inquiry via e-mails; -Resolves inquiry by effectively communicating status, solutions, and/or workarounds to customers; -Record solution into the system timely, maintain proper documentation;
Qualifications: -Bachelor degree or above, major in English or related -Fluency in English, listening and speaking, good writing ability; -Oversea studying or working experience is preferred; -Good knowledge of the current American culture and history; -Good communication skills; -Responsible, customer-orientation, strong problem resolution ability;
