职位描述/要求:
Working Location: Qingtongxia City, Ningxia Province
Job Description: Reporting to Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager is accountable for ensuring that the company's employee relations, compensation, human resource planning and development,is efficiently and effectively managed. The individual must have the attributes to bridge the communication gap between local culture and that of western business culture. 1.Acts as a Business Partner for Senior Management by providing strategic HR consultation, analysis and perspective on organizational structure/design to ensure HR alignment with business needs and objectives. 2.Establishes HRM including performance management, compensation and benefit, succession planning, talent acquisition and training. 3.Works with the line-managers to develop and implement change strategy and HR projects and practices essential to improving organizational effectiveness. 4.Leads HR practices, including training, recruitment, performance management and other HR functions. 5.Provides HR assistance to the various operating unit. 6.Develops, trains and motivates subordinates and their successors. 7.Advises the management team on HR policy and issues.
Requirements: 1.Minimum 8 years of hands-on HR professional experience in multinational company. 2.Exposure in manufacturing industry is a definitely advantage. 3.A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. 4.Excellent command of English. 5.University graduate, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management. 6.In-depth knowledge of China HR industry practices and employment legislation. 7.Strong experience in organizational and people development, succession planning, employee relations,recruitment,compensation and benefits.
