职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for driving business targets of the SME Banking segment. Specific duties include selling and marketing of the Bank's full range of financial services and other products including Trade, Cash Management, Treasury and Investment, identifying and developing new customers, managing and strengthening existing customer relationships as well as implementing agreed business plan to achieve sales/revenues targets. 2. Keep abreast with SME market developments to achieve better customer service and sharpened sales focus. 3. Assist in the formulation of sales and service strategies and generate creative ideas on customer acquisition and products/services. 4. Working closely with Credit Analysts, ensure high quality credit submissions.
Requirements: 1. Degree in banking/finance or other related disciplines preferred. 2. Relevant experience with a proven track record corporate sales, especially SME Banking or Corporate Banking. 3. Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations related to SME banking is an advantage. 4. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. 5. Strong passion in sales |
