职位名称：生产部主管 Operations Supervisor

职责：
1、按照公司的经营目标和市场销售情况及产品库存情况，制定公司周/月/季度/年度生产计划，进行生产调度、管理和控制；
2、质量第一，按照质量管理程序，及时保质保量地组织完成定制机、耳背机的生产、制作及维修；
3、做好产品质量控制管理及工序质量监测，包括对不合格品的隔离、标识、记录与报告；
4、做好每个月在制品的盘点和报表；生产工艺文件的实施；
5、根据生产需要，完善、增添所需设备和工装夹具，并做好保养、维护工作。

申请条件：
1、电子等相关专业大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，能独立工作和管理团队。
2、熟悉生产流程及计划编制过程；较强的时间管理能力，工作效率高，能够有效控制工作进度。
3、具备解决突发事件能力，有较强的分析、解决问题能力，思路清晰，考虑问题全面细致；熟练使用办公软件、设备；工作敬业、进取心强、有强烈的集体认同感和团队合作精神。
