具体要求：
1.高中或以上同等学历
2.5年以上注塑工作经验，2年以上现场管理经验
3.良好的人员管理和协调能力
4.熟悉生产数据统计及分析，会按照要求使用质量控制图表
5.了解注塑工艺，机器操作熟练

主要职责：1.带领生产班组，按照生产计划及时、足量完成相应的装配、包装任务
2.负责生产过程中的质量监控及安全控制
3.负责班组5S/SSU，推动改善项目的落实及完成
4.与操作工进行经常性沟通，及时向生产主管反映操作工思想动向
5.持续监控生产过程的物料消耗，降低废品率
6.根据过程改进的要求，对过程改进提出建议
