职责：
1、在计划时间内依据设计文档完成开发
2、对系统进行维护及排除Bug
要求：
1、本科及以上学历，两年以上Java开发经验
2、有钻研精神和独立解决问题的能力
3、熟悉B/S开发（精通JavaScript），对J2EE技术理解透彻，能理解Springframework,Struts,Hibernate等开源框架的架构
4、精通Java/J2EE开发,精通JSP、Servlet、XML等J2EE相关技术，至少具有1个大中Java/J2EE项目开发经验
5、熟悉Tomcat或Weblogic应用服务器的开发和配置
6、熟悉Oracle/MySQL/SQLServer等主流数据库，精通SQL编程
7、熟悉Windows或Unix/Linux操作系统
8、熟悉Eclipse或Jbuilder等IDE
9、具有良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神
