1.0 Location: Taicang , Jiangsu Province

2.0 Administrative Subordination to: Managing Director

3.0Responsibilities:
3.1. Quality Control
Organize and prepare the framework for:
oIncoming goods inspection and production control
oSampling inspection
oSPC
oPart measurement
oMeans for measurement and testing for the production
oProduction samplings archivation
Conduct supplier audits and releases
Conduct internal quality audits

3.2. Quality Planning and Documentation
Implement customer requirements
Support the purchasing in regard of all quality aspects
Prepare all quality related documentations

3.3. Quality Communication
Provide samples for customers
Release of products in co-ordination with customer
Elaborate certificates for series delivery
Process customer complaints, incl. writing of 8D-reports
Clarify measurement methods with customers
Give trainings to colleagues to improve the overall quality awareness and compliance to ISO/TS 16949

3.4. Quality Management
Implement a Quality Management System in cooperation with German HQ
Draft and compile QM Handbook together with colleagues and in coop. with HQ
Give suggestions on improving internal processes
Monitor Quality related costs


4.0Requirements:
Graduated quality engineer (CQE Certification) with years of related experience
Experienced in using quality control measurement equipment
Substantial knowledge of the ISO/TS 16949 and of the automotive industry
Experienced in applying SPC, MSA, good statistical process thinking
Computer literate (MS Office, CAQ)
Fair command of English (oral and written communication)
Good communication and organizational skills, team player, high degree of flexibility, passionate worker, goal-oriented, analytical skills and approach, willing to learn
