职位描述/要求：
管理测试实验室的日常运行，确保安全，可靠的测试方法，设备和程序满足材料和产品的测试需求．包括机器编程，夹具设计，数据分析和汇报．安排和指定项目最佳程度地满足生产，工程和客户的需求．
1.Manage the daily operations, scheduling, and supervision of the Functional Test Lab. Coach department personnel for development, responsibility, accountability, and evaluations. Ensure all department equipment and operations are safe and reliable.
2.Provide technical support for all testing operations, training, troubleshooting, calibrations and correlations. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and perform multiple types of testing principles, product functionality, equipment design, set-up, operation, maintenance, and calibration. Perform required test programming, fixture and machine design, data analysis, and data reporting.
3.Participate in the training of lab personnel in the correct technique of setting up, calibrating, operating and maintaining test instruments and machines.
4.Initiate continuous improvements in testing methods, capabilities and productivity. Provide technical support to other Tenneco personnel and facilities by assisting in testing issues and correlations.
5.Keep current with technical advances that can be employed to increase reliability, reduce cost and advance engineering methods.
6.Follow all company policies and procedures such as the quality management system, BOS, Lean, and Environmental Health and Safety.
