职位描述/要求：
AnMex: our client, a leading CPU/GPU company in Suzhou research center.
This position requires making sure that we collect data and present data in a manner where we can take proper action. This engineer will need to write tools to automate the data collection process and automate the report generation process.
Job descriptions:
Support production issues (Yield/ Quality)
Analysis on low yield/ QA issues.
Communicate with US/Singapore/Dresden product group.
Develop or maintain test programs.
Analysis on customer returns (CCAR).
Bench (LAB) setup and analysis.
Productivity, Quality and Cost improvement programs.
Support Product/Equipment transfer.
Solve, qualify and implement test/product related issues.
Support qualification and engineering runs.
Perform design verification duties at the block or system level as needed.
Interface with Product, Design, Layout, FAB engineers and customers as needed
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
Degree holder in microelectronics/electronics/computer engineer or equivalent.
Sharp in detecting process and production flaws.
Very good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
Able to interface with internal and external customers and partners.
Understanding of x86 platforms and architecture is preferred.
5 yrs above working experience with Master degree, testing MFG / Operation background, statistics process control capability, can understand and help to set KPI;
ATE experience, system level test experience. Black belt, 6 sigma knowledge is preferred
With at least 5 years in product development engineering in IT/computer/semiconductor industries/other area.
