1)职能/行业/时间（销售/汽配）
Responsibilities:
1.Set up,develop and implement the high standard purchasing operation in the company.
2.Responsible for updating the purchasing procedures to make sure all purchasing activities are in correct, legal and ethical way.
3.Search suppliers of components and related industrial parts
4.Evaluate supplier and implement regular audit to measure supplier performance
5.Responsible for the on time stock supply of products.
6.Enforce purchasing policies in line with Headquarters practices.
7.Conducts regular surveys on Chinese market.
8.Manage and train purchasing and sourcing staff
9.Working location:Shanghai/Suzhou/Hangzhou
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree with a major in business management/science/engineering
2.Experience with more than 3 years in sourcing,procurement or related field with international company
3.Professional knowledge and skills in people management
4.Good communication skill and sense of cost analysis/Price Analysis
