candidates must have: 1 Strong English and Mandarin skills (both written and verbal) 2 Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the field of ceramics, glass or chemistry 3 5 years Technical service experience 4 5 years experience in a sales, marketing or product management roles 5 Good analytical and organizational skills 6 Superior customer service and interpersonal skills 7 Demonstrate experience and ability in mathematics and analytical functions 8 Perform well in a team environment and internal customer focused 9 Possess knowledge of product, process and operating procedures
Responsibilities: 1 Provide on-site technical support to customers,take the lead on solving problems via lab experiments or customer trials. 2 Assists in establishing appropriate standards for product performance as required by the marketplace and relaying this information to the Sales Manager, Technical Manager, or other PE worldwide technical resource 3 Participates in the preparation of promotional literature for existing and new products, as well as trade journals and organizations as required 4 Making master data inquiries about a customer, this includes finding demographic data, contact names, last purchase, reporting, order list, and creating case sheets 5 Preparing standard and ad-hoc sales reports, modeling and computing sales numbers to provide sales forecasts 6 Appraising any new market opportunities and advising the Sales Manager of any significant market opportunities that are discovered
