experience: 2-3 years above
character: easy-going and cooperative
background and professional:
strong understanding of the OA system, e.g. WinXP, MS Office.....
solid knowledge of the hardware
experienced with antivirus function, knowledge of Trend is a plus.
experience with peripheral equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, e.g. printer, scanner, copy machine
Function of the job:
1.Client hardware maintenance and support
Responsibility: handle all problem related to the client hardware and make sure the IT equipment running in a efficient way
