职位描述/要求：
Office location: Kunshan
Age:28-40
-College or Bachelor degree and major in machinery or mechanical engineering;
Background as mechanical technician or maintenance superintendent required.
-Above 3-5 years hands-on shop floor experience and knowledgeable in maintaining and servicing heavy machine equipment. Strong background in a machine workshop is important.
-5 years related working experience in paper mill, printing or textile company is preferred
-Technical knowledge about paper machines and the paper making process;
-Fluent in oral and written English, especially technical context;
-Good computer application and report writing skills;
-Good team spirit and team leading abilities
-Ability to provide comprehensive technical information to customers
-Excellent customer-relations, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
-Technical creativity to solve service problems that deviate from the usual standard without compromising quality;
-Ability to help service team to develop high speed, quality and cost awareness mindset;
-Willing to accept overseas technical training
