职位描述/要求：
Reporting : Plant Manager

Responsibilities:
-Conduct a preventive maintenance program for every piece of equipment and plant facility.
-Schedule required equipment downtime with production department managers.
-Maintain the level 1,2,3 maintenance program and make sure executing the maintenance work.
-Recording of all maintenance related work.
-Responsible for building and property maintenance.
-Responsible for hazardous waste disposal in compliance with the environment laws and regulations.
-Keep inventory of necessary spare parts.
-Investigate, analyse and take appropriate corrective actions to prevent machine breakdowns.
-Prepare layout and design mechanical assemblies to replace old parts.
-Measure the consumption of power, water, sewage water, prepare statistics and report monthly to Plant Manager.
-Measure the availability of the production equipment, report monthly to Plant Manager. Develop measures to improve the availability and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
-Operate the maintenance department within the financial budget. Develop maintenance budgets for the future and implement controlling and forecasting.
-Direct supervision of maintenance department employees and ensure discipline company policy is adhered to.
-Work with purchase department to purchase all maintenance related supplies and equipment.
-Provide support in purchasing actives for new production equipment.
-Ensure that equipment and building infrastructure is always safe and eliminate dangerous situations immediately. Ensure to comply with the Occupational Health
