职位描述/要求：
Report to: Operations Manager
Direct Subordinates: 4 (Mechanical dept. supervisor, Cover dept. supervisor, Maintenance dept. supervisor, Shipping dept. foreman)
Gender: Male
Age: Below 35 years old
Based in: Guangzhou or Nansha
Language: Good command of both Chinese and English, spoken and written.
Education: Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical manufacturing.
Experience: At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing, three of which should have been in connection with an international corporation. Ideally production manager experience will be of machinery and familiar with mechanical processing (tooling, grinding, drilling and balancing etc.).
Personal characteristics:
-Leadership, integrity and should share ethics and values.
-Managing of a team with different skills and status within the team. Enthusiasm and interest to serve both the company and its internal and external customers.
-Capable of communicating at all levels
-The ability to formulate plans, set targets.
-Must have an analytical mind and be able to summaries and present their views, suggestions and reports in a structured, professional manner.
-Strong problem analysis, problem solving skills.
-High motivation to join the winning team
