职位描述/要求：
Automotive Site Manager
Future General Manager
Based Hangzhou or Suzhou
Mission:
-Take in charge the existing local production unit
-Organize and develop the team following our standards-Implement professional production system
-Develop total quality and continuous improvement spirit
-Prepare the future steps with new coming projects to industrialize
-Assure the follow up , finance control and reporting of the activity to the Head Quarter
-Develop the local relation with our customers and support the sales actions in connection with France
-Recruit and manage the whole future organization
Profile:
-University degree ? mechanical engineering background preferred ? MBA is a plus
-Significant experience of management in multinational industrial company ideally in connection with automotive area
-Hand’s on and very polyvalent for accompanying the start up phase on the field before the expected growth
-Polyvalent also in order to manage the future company globally including manufacturing , sales , controlling
-Operational with an interest in the strategy for China expansion
-English is professional ; knowledge of French language is a plus
