职位描述/要求：

1.3 to 5 years test and product engineering experience on Functional Power, Power Management or Analog IC (including multi chip) such as Buck/Boost, MOSFET Driver or related products. Candidate should be strong in analog circuit design fundamentals and IC test development skills, with strong understanding of final device performance. Good working knowledge on lab equipment setup and experience on Credence/TMT ASL1000, Eagle or other Analog IC tester is preferred, and understanding of assembly processes and semiconductor device physics would be a plus. Good communication skills and team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi functional groups across different locations. Results/goal oriented.BSEE or Master equivalent.
2.In this position, you will play a key role involved in all the phases of new product development, from initial design to hands on debug, test development, characterization and full production release. You will work closely with other Test and Product Engineers locally and other sites San Jose, S. Portland, Salt Lake, Mountain Top, Suzhou, Penang, Cebu and design houses /foundries /subcontractors in the development and release of new Functional Power IC products and towards their smooth transition to volume manufacturing. Central resource for coordination of engineering builds and qualifications at the various factories and subcontractors, resolve technical issues related to new product development with focus on test program and hardware development, product characterization, prepare/approve datasheets, execute product releases, and product sustaining.
