Job objective:
Establish and maintain sales channels in China,manage and guide sales team in fulfillment of sales target and implement sales activities in conformity to company sales policies.
Job description:
developing new qualified distributors firstly in responsible area and further in different cities of China.
coordinating with current distributors in different projects including turn-key contracts and small individual sales.
supporting distributors with technical training,presentation assistance,negotiation participation,etc.
establishing good and long term relationship with end users of our products majorly real estate developers,installers,constructional contractors etc.
carrying out and implementing sales promotion in designing institute,exhibition or any promotional events.
timely reporting to sales manager.
