职位描述/要求：
一、任职条件：
1、本科及以上学历
2、熟悉小学教育教学的管理
3、善于管理和建设教职员工队伍
4、为人正直、善良，富有责任心和爱心；性格乐观、稳重、干练，富有领导力
5、具有丰富的教育资源，善于协调处理学校的对外关系
6、心理承受力强，能敢于接受工作中的挑战和承受较大的工作压力
7、具备一定的外语能力（外语良好者优先）
8、有长期境外学习、工作经历者优先
二、工作职责：
1、小学的组织和管理、教学的监督和领导
2、学校——外方资源关系的协调和维护
3、负责小学部教师培训
4、负责小学部日常教学评估工作
三、薪资待遇：年薪10万及以上
I.Requirement:
a)Bachelor's degree and above
b)Be familiar with management and education of primary school
c)Has the ability to build up and manage both academic and non-academic team
d)Kind, upright, and conscientious; optimistic, decisive and charismatic
e)Has rich educational resources, and abundant experience of coordinating and communicating with people from outside of the school
f)Can work under pressure and be brave enough to face any kind of challenge
g)Good command of a foreign language will be a plus
h)Overseas working or studying experience will be a plus
II.Responsibilities:
a)Management and organization of the primary school, guidance and supervision of teaching
b)Coordination and maintenance of the school resources
c)Teacher training
d)Be in charge of regular appraisal for academic part (teaching)
III.Salary: RMB100,000 and above yearly
