1.Responsible for production process for Injection moulding and assembly and related processes

2.Record and the manage the process records, electronic and hardcopy

3.Responsible for stability of the processes.

4.Instruct for production related people of all issues related to the production processes
根据生产流程指导和生产相关的所有事务
5.Communicate with material-, machine-, and tool suppliers

6.Arrange material trials, new mould trials, new machine trials and related issues
安排原材料试验,新模具试验,新机器试验和相关的事务
7.Analyze and solve quality problems which are related to the processes
分析和解决生产过程中的质量问题
8.Other process related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
(岗位资格要求)
Expertise（教育背景、专业技术和技能）:
1.Technical Engineer (chemistry) or above
技校/中专或以上
2.Familiar with injection machine and related equipment.
熟悉注塑机等相关设备。
3.Experienced in injection moulding processes and related issues
有注塑模具和相关流程的经验
4.Experienced in ISO9000, TS16949 and ISO14000
有ISO9000, TS16949 和 ISO14000的经验
5.Good English in reading, writing, understanding
良好的英文阅读,写作和理解能力
6.Good knowledge of computer software
良好的计算机软件知识
7.Familiar with the electric, electronic and pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge;
熟悉电气、电子、气压和液压等知识。

Professional Experience（工作经验）:
1.More than 3 years in processing
有至少3年的相关经验
2.Wide knowledge of plastic materials
对塑料原材料有广泛了解
3.familiar with the injection machine (kraussmaffei is better)
熟悉注塑机（有kraussmaffei经验更好）
4.Experiences in multi-national company;
有在外资企业的工作经历
