1.Responsible for injection moulding moulds, including repair and maintenance

2.Record the maintenance and repair the data.
维护和生产设备的记录。
3.Increase the machines’ efficiency and feed back to production supervisor in time;
提高设备效率及时汇报给生产主管。;
4.Other tasks assigned by supervisor

5. Communicate with mould suppliers, regarding repair and maintenance
就维修和维护与模具供应商协调沟通.
6.Analyze and solve mould related problems
分析及处理模具相关问题.
7.Assist process engineer on trials
协助工艺工程师
8.Manager spare parts for moulds
负责其它零部件的管理

Requirements:
(岗位资格要求)
Expertise（教育背景、专业技术和技能）:
1.Technical engineer or above
技校/中专或以上
2.Familiar with injection moulding moulds and related equipment.
熟悉注塑模具及相关设备
3.familiar with ISO9000, TS16949 and ISO14000
熟悉ISO9000, TS16949 和 ISO14000
4.Skilled in English, reading, writing and understanding
具有一定的读.写和理解英文技能,
5.Skilled in technical (mould) drawing reading
熟练阅读技术(模具)制图
6.Skilled in common IT software
熟练运用IT软件

Professional Experience（工作经验）:
1.More than 3 years in mould maintenance area .
3年维护设备经验。
2.Experiences in multi-national company;
有在外资企业的工作经历
