a)To make sure all the production on the right way, make daily and weekly production planning;
确保生产顺利进行,制定每日和每周的生产计划。
b)To make sure all quality control items are implemented in production;
确保所有质量控制项目在生产中加以执行。
c)Production parts‘s quality control, together with Quality Supervisor.
和质量主管一起负责生产产品的质量控制。
d)Archive all production records and analyze the data, daily and weekly and monthly report to production manager;
归档所有生产记录并分析，按日、按周、按月汇报给生产经理。
e)According to the Quality Standard to carry on the corrective and prevent actions from the quality base on production and quality data and supervise the actions ;
根据质量标准，以有生产和质量数据对质量部门提出的持续改进要求执行并监督。
f)To provide technical and conceptual training to those who need them on areas of product quality, production process ;
对相关人员进行生产方面的指导并教育。
g)Set up and maintain the production system; Reduce the defect level;
建立生产体系并执行质量系统；降低不良率。
h)Set up and maintain the maintenance of injection machines, mould and auxiliary
对生产设备(注塑机、模具以及辅助设备)维护体系的建立及监督。
i)Supervise the production department staffs.
生产部门人员的控制。
j)Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
主管安排的其他工作
k)Report quality items to Quality Supervisor
及时向生产主管汇报质量情况。
l)Report stock items to logistic supervisor
及时向物流经理汇报库存情况。

1.Make sure that Wirthwein (KunShan) supply the quality parts to our customer; in the right quality according to production planning
确保威特万（昆山)公司提供合格的产品给客户,根据生产计划生产质量合格产品.
2.To continually improve the product quality and satisfy customer’s requirements;
持续改善产品质量，满足客户的需求
3.The authority which release by supervisor

Requirements:
(岗位资格要求)
Expertise（教育背景、专业技术和技能）:
1) Above college degree; Major in mechanial/engineering field;
大专及以上，机械/工程专业
2）Good experiences in problem solving and production management;
良好的问题处理及生产管理经验
3）Independent and good communication skill; team work player; and people management
良好的沟通技巧及独立性；团队合作; 以及人员管理经验
4）Understand the property of polymeric material and the production process especially about the injection;
了解高分子材料的特性及生产过程，特别是注塑过程。
5）Experiences in DIN ISO 9001/ TS16949 quality system;
具有在ISO 90001/ TS 16949质量体系的工作经验
6）Experienced with polymer injection moulds
具有丰富的注塑生产、注塑模具和塑料原材料经验。
7）English and/or German speaking, reading, writing and listening skills.
具有良好的英语或德语的听,说,读,写能力。
8）Professional Experience（工作经验）:
1）More than 5 years experiences in production area as production engineers/supervisor;
5年的生产工程师/主管的工作经验
2）Familiar with TS16949 quality system.
熟悉TS16949质量体系。
3）Experiences in multi-national company;
有在外资企业的工作经历
