职位描述/要求：

1.Set up and maintain the build plan according to sales plan, material plan; Call and chair daily production meeting. Ensure all technical and quality process and procedure are followed effectively in whole production site and throughout all activities. Work with production supervisors closely to organize daily production to achieve the target. Encourage staff to report problems and improve the process and production.

2.Set up and maintain the repair plan according to the RMA status. Review the weekly report with RMA supervisor and make sure the turnover days are in the target. Make sure the RMA can be repaired with the support from all relevant departments.

3.Generate training requirements and implements training plan supported by HR department. Keep all records for performance appraisal and promotion.

4.Ensure environments, processes and equipments are safe and harmful less for personal health, report immediately if potential risk existing or found. Continuously improve production environments by 5S practice and support any internal audits.

5.Select, mentor and coach direct reports. Ensure defective communications on production issues are in place in relevant department and person. Dispense discipline when required.
