职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
- Lead production team to meet production schedule , improve quality / delivery / people productivity performance, and driving cost reduction in production area.
- Supervision process / production discipline, Maintain world class manufacture standard.
- Handle production issues coordination with other functions to fix production issues.
- Lead production team skill Improvement through training, coach and mult-skill development program.
- Take environmental and safety responsibility for production area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above with the major in Electric Automation or Mechanical
- At least five years work experience in production management, be skillful in 5S, and training, Quality control tools.
- Good ability to analyze and resolve the problem
- Very experience in operators motivation
- Knowledge and experience in lean, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
- Good communication skills; can bear the high pressure
- Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking
