职位描述/要求：

Title: QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the project team and support project leader from quality point to keep project on schedule.
2. Monitor the product performance, including monthly feedback, annual quality assessment, corrective action follow up and so on.
3. Establish the quality control requirements for process and outgoing inspection.
4. Handle customer complaint raised by customers. Issue Corrective Action Report (CAR) to internal parties and follow up the whole problem solving process, ensure the root causes are identified, actions are taken and effective.
5. Identify opportunities for improvements and drive internal parties to make continual improvement.
6. Train the inspectors to ensure they understand the inspection requirements and method.
7. Involve and lead MVP projects with Lean and Six Sigma methodology.

Qualifications:
1.Have 2 years experience in process quality control in mechanical industry; experience in electrical industry is a plus.
2.Have experience in ISO 9001 quality system establishment and sustaining.
3.Good communication skill, good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking.
4.Good at team building and strong team driver for process and system improvement.
5.Good at quality tool application, such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA.
