职位描述/要求:
- Develop a clear supply chain and logistic plan to support the growth in China operation. - Set up and implement the purchase policies, systems and regulations within the company - Set up and implement sourcing policies, systems and regulations within the company - Responsible for managing project and purchasing budgets. - Develop calculations for ongoing projects – heat load, material costs, project costs etc. - Direct materials planning, forecasting and control, including the development of objectives, policies and processes - Provide material support, as needed, to all operating departments. Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree above or professional qualification - Over 5 years related working experience - Relevant experience in paper or packaging industry is a must. - Good command of both spoken and written English - Strong team work spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong behavioral competencies (People Management; Customer Service Orientation; Decision making and prioritizing; Open Communication and Networking) - Strong functional competencies (Legislation and MM policies; Commercial Negotiations; Supplier Selection and Management; Reporting, forecasting and budgeting)
