qualification: 1. Diploma degree above(in a relevant field like education, psychology, business administration); 2. Thorough experience in training field in an international setting (minimum four years); 3. Proficiency in spoken and written English; 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 5. Ability to learn, self-starting and open-minded. 6. Have QA engineer experience is excellent. Job responsibility: 1. Work with line manager to identify employee's training needs analysis, which includes sorting, identifying and filtering; 2. Analyze how training can tie with company strategy and help achieve the company's target; 3. Determines and introduces new training programs to solve performance issues and meet the needs of the organization; 4. Make and supervise the implementation of the training plan; 5. Set up internal trainer team by selecting and training potential internal facilitators;
