-Lead the sourcing team to endure Commodity Plans/Strategy are complied to the company policy and carried out effectively and efficiently
-In charge of the commodities sourcing, like Mechanical, Electro-Mech components, plastic part and review the sourcing status
-Understand the technology direction of industry and industry capacity
-Formulate strategy on cost
