职位描述/要求：

Job Responsibilities:
1.Arrange the production plan for each line;
2.Monitor and direct subordinates;
3.Cooperate with PIE, QA to check the production and prevent wastage
4.Keep cleanliness and monitoring disciplinary
5.Industrial safety, anti-static equipment
6.Follow up the finished delivery and keep the record
7.To train and reinforce his/her subordinates on safety working processes and practices.
8.To ensure his/her responsible area compile with the safety requirements laid down by the safety committee and the local government.
9.To control and monitor correct usage of personal protection equipment as required
10.To report any unsafe condition to the management for immediate remedial action and corrective action in the long run;
11.To report any industrial accident to HR/ADM immediately after the incident and assist in the investigation
Qualification:
1.College or higher degree in Mechanical, Production or Electronic
2.3—5 years experience in OEM Management.
3.Good communication skill and leadership.
