职位描述/要求：

职位职责
1. To set goals and plan improvement activities for Electrical and to ensure its implementation
2. Constitute Target and plan for Electrical Department and strictly execute it through management and action
3. Supervise and train engineer, improve their self-discipline and technical capability, resolve team conflicts
4. Provide a solution for key project when requested
5. Check and supervise on-going project according to schedule, cost and reports
6. To help and guide subordinates to solve any problems encountered or provide solutions to the problem
7. Oversee the daily activities of Engineering Department
8. Evaluation and appraisal on the employee work performance of the employee(all subordinate performance)
9. Key account management

任职要求：
1. Five years working experience in automatic electrical design function
2. Strong coordination
