职位描述/要求：
1.To continuously improve manufacturing process to ensure production efficiency, good quality and on time delivery.
2.To manage and train operator (quality, standard operation etc.) .
3.Plan weekly production schedule according customer's demand and monitor implement status.
4.keep the work area and machineries clean at all time, participate make TPM plan and preserve relative record
5.Communicate with other departments, e.g. logistics, quality and internal cowork with equipment engineer and technician to ensure achieve work KPI.
6.Team work with oversea company smoothly transfer new product phase in SZ plant. Close cowork with oversea technical person.
7.To analyze and solve problems in production and standardization operation to decrease process scrap
8.To well organize workshop to keep safety
