职责：
- 设计和改进拉拔生产线的附属设备
- 设计和改进剥皮生产线的物料系统
- 为销售和采购提供技术支持
- 技术监督供应商
- 支持装配和调试

要求：
- 学士/硕士毕业，机械工程专业
- 3年以上机械设计工作经验，最好是机械和设备的装配组设计
- 对工程构造方法的应用和工程系统领域的计算方法有一定经验
- 优异的计算机能力，包括3D-AutoCAD与Autodesk MPP6/Inventor 10 和MS office
- 英语良好（书面和口语）
- 有研发设计模拟经验和知识者佳
- 有成本控制知识者佳
- 良好的沟通技巧，独立的个性和建设性思维
- 愿意从事调试工作和出差

工作地点：江苏省太仓市

Your responsibilities include:
-design and improve auxiliaries for drawing production lines
-design and improve handling system for peeling production lines
-technical support for sales and purchasing
-technical supervision of suppliers
-support for assembling and commissioning

Your Profile:
-Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
-Minimum 3 years experiences in mechanical designing, preferably in designing of assembly groups for machinery and equipment
-Experiences with application of construction methods and algorithms in the field of construction systematic
-excellent computer ability including 3D-AutoCAD with Autodesk MPP6/Inventor 10 and MS office
-Good English (written and spoken)
-Experiences and knowledge about FE-simulation are a plus
-Knowledge about cost accounting is a plus
-Good communication skills, hands-on personality and constructive-minded
-Willingness for attending commissioning and for travel
