GENERAL SUMMARY: Primary purpose of the position.
Performs professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial data. Including any or all of the following: ledgers and preparation of journal entries; fixed asset or inventory accounting; preparation of trial balance or financial statements; cost accounting; bank account reconciliation, tax computation; etc. Leads and ensures SAP implementation successful.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Essential functions for this position listing the most important first.
1.Oversee the timely preparation all aspect of financial and accounting matter for 3 legal entities, both for US and local GAAP 2.Coordinate the annual budget process 3.Initiating, communicating and implementing proper controls in all areas of accounting and operations 4.Prepares management reports and carry out in-depth analysis to improve operating efficiency 5.Directs and leads the finance team to successful SAP implementation 6.Coordinate with Headquarter in US and AP for SAP implementation 7.Lead and support process improvement initiatives 8.Serve as the main liaison between Finance and HQ and other departments in the company 9.Build and maintain an effective and motivated team through proper selection, training and development
JOB REQUIREMENTS ·Minimum six years of working experience in manufacturing environment of which at least two years in managerial responsibility. ·Good knowledge of SAP ·SAP implementation experience is preferred ·Auditor experience is a plus ·Excellent English ·Good PC skills ·Team player and be able to lead, train and motivate the finance team ·Strong interpersonal and communication skills ·Ability to work flexible hours and frequent travel as required. ·BA degree of Accounting
