Job Requirements岗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree holder preferably in organic chemistry, chemical engineering, applied chemistry, industrial chemistry, or equivalent
有机化学、化学工程、应用化学或其他相关化工类专业本科学历
2.3 years experience in pesticide synthesis development or pesticide technical production management or chemical synthesis lab working or related working background
3年以上农药实验室合成或农药合成生产经历
3.Demonstrated skills in negotiation with excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking
谈判过程中具备优秀的分析能力和战略思维
4.Possess high standard of literacy in English
具备英语交流、写作能力，熟练的电脑操作
5.Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word and Excel
良好的谈判、分析以及策略思考能力
