职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities: Provide secretarial and administrative support to General Manager, involving process control and task lists, meeting minutes , travel issues , etc. Draft and print adminstration documents,commercial letters; Keep information collecting,collating,filing and utilizating; Accommodate visitors; Maintain public relationship; Assist General Manager in processing other affairs by authorized.
Qualifications: College degree or above, majored in Business Administration, comprehending the knowledge of Office programs; Proficient in both oral and written English , CET-6 or above Good communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent computer system skills; More than 2 years of relevant experience and background in foreign company will be preferable
