1.Control and maintain the quality team and quality system, receiving inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection.
2.Determine and implement appropriate quality sampling plans for all the inspection.
3.Push Measurement equipment evaluation, calibration and qualification.
4.Push Maintain and Track Preventive Maintenance System.
lead team Deal with customer complaints. Coordinate all function teams taking corrective actions and response to customer promptly
5.Collect quality control data, such as scrap rate, customer returned material, non-conforming products, etc.
6.Analyze defect data (production, scrap, and RMAs) to ensure root cause resolution. Drives corrective actions and continuous improvements. Promotes use of Corrective Action System.
7.Present the quality control report regularly or as per the requirement.
8.Perform other duties as required.
9.push company finished IS09000 qualification and internal audit and outer audit.
职位要求：
1.B.S. engineering, electrical or mechanical degree preferred.
2.Well ISO9000 trained internal auditor. QS 9000 experience is a plus.
3.Willing to take responsibilities and working under high pressure
4.Having leadership and management skill is preferred
5.3 to 5 years experience in a high tech manufacturing environment required.
6.Strong understanding of quality principles
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from engineers, managers and customers.
7.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, evaluations and other similar papers.
8.Fluent in written English.
9.Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Mail preferred
