职位描述/要求：
Report to: General Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree above or equivalent experience, major in Mechanical; additionally prefer at least 5 years business experience, with 3-5 years as a Manager or equivalent experience
Experience from working in a global structure
Working knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Outgoing personality with a customer service focus and the ability to negotiate.
Demonstrated and documented ability to lead development teams
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook, PowerPoint. Experience with MS Project Server a plus.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and demanding environment
