Job Duties:
?To provide daily human resources services in the areas of HR planning, recruitment, selection,
resourcing, employee relations, performance management etc. ?To build close and harmonious relationship with the business group, external customers and vendors. ?To manage reporting requests in a timely and accurate manner by using the HR information system and
track the resourcing progression through these and other related reports ?To maintain effective personnel filing system and talent pool
Job Requirements:
?Bachelor degree holder ?3-5 years’ related experience ?Solid interview and selection skills ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?Fluent verbal and written English ?Good command of PC skills, PeopleSoft knowledge is a strong plus
