职位描述/要求：

(base in Dalian, Qingdao, North of China)
Report to: Senior Vice President - Sales Main duties
-To achieve personal and regional team sales target.
-To plan, control, manage and supervise the regional sales team.
-To search / recruit / manage agents and brokers.
-To assist senior SVP on the relevant sales work and it's training / Management.
-To work closely with marketing to enhance new business opportunities, e.g. exhibitions / seminar etc., and develop relationships with relevant government bodies and associations.
-To provide necessary support for the transaction function and sales promotion programs
-To submit reports,to search / provide senior SVP competitors'information and assist on sales strategies / business plan.
-To build up relationship and manage agents / brokers.
-Need business trip frequentlyQualification Requirements
-Bachelor,Above 4 Year direct sales and additional 2 year sales management experience
-Product knowledge, selling skills, management skills,communication skill, strong marketing sense, etc.
