职位描述/要求：

主要职责MainAccountability：
根据销售及客户要求，制作样品及试验批，并对其表现进行跟踪、分析；
Tomakesampleandtriallotaccordingtorequirementsfromsalesandcustomers,follow-upandanalyzetheresult;
建立、跟踪并持续优化生产工艺及工艺维护体系，以降低成本，提高效率；
Tosetup,followupandoptimizetheproductionprocessandprocessmaintenancesystemtoreducethecostandimprovetheworkingefficiency;
处理生产过程中出现的工艺/质量问题；
Tosolvetheprocessandqualityproblems;
对设备进行调试、改进，以提高设备性能及效率；
Tocopewithprocessengineerandmechanicalengineerdebuggingandupdatingequipmentsinordertoincreasingthemachinecapabilityandefficiency;
为公司其他员工提供相关的培训；
Toprovidetrainingtoothercolleagues;
任职要求Qualification:
工学/理学学士或以上，机械、材料、工程力学或相近专业；1?3年相关工作经验；良好的交流能力；主动积极，勤奋好学；英语/计算机水平良好，熟悉常用办公软件；
