职位描述/要求：

岗位职责： 1.Develop,maintain and improve manufacturing processes for the Yantai Factory to assure production, which meet customer requirements.2.Effectively create the troubleshooting programs for the equipment.3.Making the design for the manufacturing tools/jigs.4.Provide expertise support to the manufacturing floor by coaching staff.5.Analyze and solve the quality issues crossing the manufacturing area effectively with the quality tools.6.Ensure the products delivered to the customers to be qualified.7.Design the process flow, make the standard Man-hours ,make the working instructions.8.Perform other responsibilities as required. 资格要求： 1.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.2.Demonstrated drawing ability to use the software(Auto CAD, or Solidworks etc)3.2 years experience at least on assembly manufacturing.4.Comprehensive knowledge of Metals/Plastic manufacturing, including finishing and assembly.5.Written English communication skills(oral preferred).6.Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.7.Skills on using quality tools.8.Good understanding about quality system requirements.9.Demonstrated skill in problem solving techniques, including team problem solving.
