职位描述/要求：

岗位职责： 协助新产品设计,开发新的工艺方案;原有工艺流程改进,以满足客户质量要求;原材料供方评估;工艺流程维护,保证批量生产;操作员工技能培训;协助解决客户投诉。responsible for designing engineering process in the system for the Operation Department to follow;Be responsible for designing new product and promoting the new design to Operations Department for batch manufacturing;Be responsible for improving the existing process to meet the customer requirements of quality;Be responsible for establishing the purchasing policy of raw materials to improve the efficiency of purchasing;Be responsible for problem solving during the manufacturing process to ensure the normal production;Share responsibility with HR Department in transferring the new engineering process and technology to the Operations Department and ensuring its implementation;Share responsibility with Operations Department in customer complaint regarding technology while the Operations Department can not deal with itself;Support manufacturing technical activities. 资格要求： 35岁以下，机械/电气/化工/高分子材料专业大专以上学历;3年以上电缆厂或机械工艺工作经验;良好的英文读写能力。Associate Degree and above, Mechanical Engineering background preferred.3 years experience in Mechanical Engineering.Familiar with Microsoft Office.Basic English skills
