职位描述/要求：
岗位职责： 1、完善生产流程和监控现场操作以保证产品质量、数量、成本等各个项目达到预期目标。2、根据生产需求，对生产人员、生产设备、生产所需物料进行调配。3、负责5S和EHS的管理1、Develop production management procedures and monitor production activities to ensure production quantity, quality, cost and timeline goals are achieved;2、Coordinate and manage resources such as labor, material, equipments and tools to meet production requirements;3、Monitor daily equipment maintenance by operators to ensure equipment is in good conditions;4、Be responsible for 5S and EHS management to ensure safe production, as well as a safe and healthy working environment;5、Share responsibilities in continuous improvement of production by consolidating daily/weekly/monthly production quantity and quality reports, and working with relevant departments to investigate and solve quality issues;6、Manage performance of the team and be responsible for overall motivation and performance of all team members; 资格要求： 5年以上电子厂工作经验，3年以上管理经验，大专以上学历，基本的英文读写能力。 |
