-Lead calibration team to meet customers emissions, fuel economy, drivability, diagnostics and other performance criteria
-Develop resource, facility, material costs estimates to support new business quotes
-Develop workplans, manage resources and track program delivery to workplans
-Coordinate with customer and project manager about the calibration status and issue solution
-Lead implementation of required engineering development processes
-Design and conduct system validation tests (emissions and performance), prepare and review system verification plans and reports
-With customer documents Engine Management System acceptance criteria for engine and vehicle level testing and service diagnostics
-Support customer production launches
-Vehicle level issue resolution, including pre-production prototype, B
