职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities职位描述：
·Upgrade functional tester and durability exerciser for doing DV/PV testing on new PCM;
·Develop/Design functional tester to meet manufacturing’ requirement on new PCM production;
·Maintain or fix Functional tester/durability exerciser in the case the tester doesn’t work ;
·Assist manufacturing to analyze root cause in the case PCM do not pass test;
·Assist QC to analyze the rejected PCM from customer;
·Develop FTC and MDC for functional tester and durability exerciser respectively ;
·Hire ECU test engineers
·Develop project budget and manage spending to meet budget
·Develop quotations for new ECU functional testers and for changes to existing ECU functional tester and Durbability excerciser equipment
·Develop project workplans and Manage human resource to meet project requirement on schedule and quality
·Make and implement training plan for ECU test engineer
