·Work with customers to define technical requirements for the application of Engine Management Systems to customer vehicles
·与客户合作确定发动机管理系统的技术要求
·Manage development of Engine Control Units with ECU design engineers to meet customers performance, cost, quality and delivery requirements
·与设计工程师合作开发发动机控制单元以满足客户在性能、成本、质量及供应方面的要求
·Lead integration of EMS hardware onto development engines and vehicles
·负责将发动机管理系统的硬件集成、安装到客户的发动机及整车
·Design and conduct system validation tests (emissions, performance, EMC and durability), prepare system verification plans and reports
·计划并进行系统验证试验（排放、性能、电磁兼容性和耐久性），并准备系统验证及测试报告
Requirements任职要求:
·Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering related to the automotive field
·具有与汽车相关的机械工程或电气/电子工程相关的本科或研究生学历
·Understand Engine Management Systems including engine management sensors, throttle bodies, fuel injectors, engine control units and software control strategies
·了解发动机管理系统中的传感器、节气门体、排油嘴、发动机控制单元和软件控制策略
·Understand China Stage III/IV emission standards and EOBD diagnostics requirements.
·了解欧III/IV排放标准和欧洲在线故障诊断（EOBD）
·Understand principles of gasoline engines operation and gasoline engine emissions controls

·Good at English, both in written and spoken
