职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities 职位描述：
-Understand customer schedules and new phase program influencing demand to plan appropriately.
-Schedule manufacturing with leveling schedule (Model, Mix, Sequence).
-Monitor the production schedule compliance to shipping schedule, re-plan production to meet the changes of customer requirement.
-Monitor manufacturing attainment and report the production variances from the plan. Support capacity analysis
-Maintain system parameter and data to insure correct BOM, transit times, safety stock levels and scheduling points. Ensure MRP is accurate.
-Monitor inventory levels to the plan leveling.
-Ensure the material back-flush timely and accurately, monitor the FGs process
-Support inventory control and localization effort. Coordinate engineering changes
Requirements 任职要求：
-Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
-Excellent English.
-Good communication skills
-3-5 years, production planning and control experience, MRP experience, pull system knowledge, Inventory management,
-Strong PC and systems skilled
-Good analytical and problem solver skills.
-Organized and disciplined.
-Experience in production operations
-Kanban system experience
